Q: What are the measurements of your tags?

A: The large bone dimensions are: 1.5in (L) x 2 in (W). The small bone dimensions are: 1.1in (L) x 1.22in (w). The small bone is roughly about an inch smaller than the large.

A: Current processing time is 1-2 weeks.

A: Orders are accepted domestically and internationally.

A: Since tags are all custom to you and your pets, I do not accept returns at this time. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to me directly.

Q: How to care for tags and badge reels?

A: All tags and badges are 100% waterproof and should be cleaned with mild soap and water.

Q: How do I add my dogs name and phone number to the tag?

A: There is a notes section during check-out that will allow you to enter in your dogs name and phone number that you would like on the tag.
